Onsite Ergonomic Assessment
Basic ergonomic assessment designed to assess a worker's environment to maximize comfort and reduce risk of cumulative trauma disorder. Includes: onsite data collection, observation of employee working, risk factor identification, review of risk factors, instruction on ways to reduce risk (implementation during evaluation as able), and report with recommended changes and equipment and vendor contact information.
Remote Office Ergonomic Assessment
Performed via Telehealth (Video Visit). Review of your current desk and workspace situation with actionable recommendations for improved comfort and decreased risk of injury, and equipment/furniture recommendations as needed

Cancellation policy
Due to our one-on-one treatment sessions, missed appointments are a significant inconvenience to your care, the clinic and other patients/clients. Please provide 24 hours notice if you will not be able to attend your appointment. Patients/clients canceling with less than 24 hours notification will be charged $50. No Show appointments without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the missed visit.
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all last-minute cancellation fees for FACE-TO-FACE appointments are waived. Please do not hesitate to cancel your appointment if you, OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD, are not feeling well . Your therapist will do the same.
