Cancellation policy
Due to our one-on-one treatment sessions, missed appointments are a significant inconvenience to your care, the practice and other patients/clients. Please provide 24 hours notice if you will not be able to attend your appointment. Patients/clients canceling with less than 24 hours notification will be charged $50. No Show appointments without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the missed visit.
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all last-minute cancellation fees for FACE-TO-FACE appointments are waived. Please do not hesitate to cancel your appointment if you, OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD, are not feeling well . Your therapist will do the same.
