Do I need a prescription from my doctor?
As of September 1, 2019, you can now seek the care of a Physical Therapist without a physician referral!
What to Expect
The Initial Evaluation is a 60 minute one-on-one session. This visit includes a "whole body" kinetic chain assessment of strength, flexibility, range of motion, and functional performance. The initial visit also includes any manual techniques indicated by evaluation findings and instruction in an individualized home exercise program.
Follow up visits include a reassessment of initial findings, manual techniques as needed, and fine-tuning and progression of home exercise program in order to progress you as quickly as possible to your life/fitness goals.
Insurance
We are NOT contracted as an in-network provider for any third-party payers. We can, however, provide you with the appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance company if you would like to seek reimbursement.
We are NOT a Medicare Provider and according to Federal law, are not able to provide Physical Therapy to Medicare Beneficiaries, even if you have exceeded your Part B benefits and would be paying out-of-pocket.

Cancellation policy
Due to our one-on-one treatment sessions, missed appointments are a significant inconvenience to your care, the clinic and other patients/clients. Please provide 24 hours notice if you will not be able to attend your appointment. Patients/clients canceling with less than 24 hours notification will be charged $50. No Show appointments without prior notification will be charged the full amount of the missed visit.
